DeCamp Waste Services handles curbside trash and recycling pickup and rents dumpsters, and it holds a 4.2-star Google rating from 28 ratings. A 2024 commenter on r/vermont described DeCamp trucking out of Claremont NH and paid $49 a month for biweekly pickup of recycling and trash carts. A 2026 commenter on r/newhampshire in the upper valley said they switched to DeCamp at about $63 a month, about $40 a month less than Casella.
A recent customer said the driver came up to the stoop to get the bin after seeing it was full and not by the road. A recent Newport customer said DeCamp assisted with extra pickups when needed.
A 2023 customer who had renovated a kitchen rented a 15-yard dumpster and said the driver placed it exactly where it was needed, even though that customer was not there at the time of delivery. A 2022 customer rented a 15-yard dumpster for a week and said TJ, the delivery driver, called to make sure it was exactly where they wanted it in a very tight driveway. A 2024 customer looking for a dumpster for spring cleanup said DeCamp had the size requested on the date needed, at half the price of the company that customer was ready to deal with.
A 2023 customer said DeCamp added a driveway service fee eight months in, raised it a year later with no notice, and had corrected that customer's bill several times for bag charges that should not have been added. A 2025 customer said DeCamp stopped service and took its dumpster because a person in the household owed it money. A 2025 customer called the woman answering the phones rude, snappy and unprofessional and said they would be changing companies.

We have lived in the town of Newport for 5 years, DeCamp’s sevices have been truly wonderful, They assited with extra pick up’s when needed and always courteous service upon calling.
I wish you would be where we are moving.

Always easy to get ahold of and great service. Today was especially great because our driver came up to the stoop to get our bin after seeing it was full and not by the road. He was by early and figured we hadn't made it out yet... its the extra consideration that really drove me to write the review but even prior we have loved being clients of DeCamp Waste
I've had service with decamp trash removal for about a year now, and I've had nothing but excellent service!! I've actually read some of the negative comments and there hilarious. I can tell they've never had other trash companies because decamp is actually very cheap and honest and they also make sure everything is picked up wherever the trash bins are. Some of these people need to just pay there bills too!!!
Had them for little more than 3 years, because I have a person living in my house hold that owes them money they stopped my service and came and took their dumpster. They say they're a small company and can't have people owe them money. We'll if you're that small, stopping my service because of someone else owes you sounds a little stupid on Decamp side. If I were you I would get better management!!
We have used DeCamp Waste Services for several years and have always been happy. Last week, I didn't put our trash can out at the end of the driveway because there wasn't much in it. The driver pulled into our driveway and checked it (it was in plain site from the end of the driveway). So nice and what great customer service!
