Manny, Arsenio and his team have been a pleasure to work with. I had a leak in my rental condo unit that required my organizing a variety of party's approvals and the team was available whenever I had questions - at any time of day. When work was finally commencing, there was a tight timeline to complete the work but his team did a fantastic job, working long hours and still completing quality work. The advice from Arsenio and Manny on materials and pricing was wonderful as well. When something "went wrong" (as anyone knows, no construction goes perfectly to plan no matter how prepared) they were there with solutions. I plan to connect with this crew again should any more work be needed in the future.

Our project started with replacing the roof on the house back in October 2024. What an amazing company to work with Manny and his crew worked so hard and removed old roof and installed new one in just one day. The grounds were immaculate when they left. You just don’t find contractors like them too often (honest, kind, very reasonably priced) and most of all a company that wants you to be happy in the end. Their business is primarily obtained from referrals and I highly recommend you hire Manny and his team if you need a new roof!<br><br>The project continued with Arsenio and his team who did an amazing job. Work was done to replace two porches in the front of the house that had seen better days and to upgrade electric panel in house along with vinyl siding the entire house and installing new gutters with protective mesh so that the leaves did not clog up gutters. We stopped for about a month due to weather conditions and they finished the project with putting in a new retaining wall in front of house with proper drainage required by the town of Somerville. I CANNOT BRAG ENOUGH ABOUT THIS COMPANY! They pride themselves on making sure their clients are happy in the end and on their clients recommending them to others. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!

Arsenio and his crew are incredible. We just finished a 6 month home renovation and I couldn't be happier with the results. When they take on a project they are there morning to night. Arsenio is super knowledgeable, detailed oriented, and responsive. This is our second home renovation and the experiences were night and day. Arsenio made it as stress free as possible and always found a way to bring our vision to life. You will not find a better general contractor!

Very professional…quality workmanship…responsive…reasonably priced… no surprises! Just finished my roof and very pleased. Highly recommend.

My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build.
