FRS Roofing

FRS Roofing is a Medford roofing and gutter company with 4.9 stars from 696 Google ratings and an A+ from BBB. Its Massachusetts HIC license 171336 is active on the state registry. Its June 2026 customers describe full replacements and smaller jobs: a whole roof and garage in Winchester, a new roof in Haverhill, a new roof with gutters and a chimney cap in Wakefield, a full gutter replacement in Winchester, and roof work on a mansard mixing slate and asphalt. One June 2026 customer praised the before-and-after drone shots. In July 2026, a Thumbtack customer said FRS replaced the roof on their parents' house in Chelmsford. Commenters on r/medfordma and r/SalemMA recommended the company in 2024 and 2025. Some customers waited. A June 2026 customer said the start was slowed by weather, a July 2026 customer said the ridge-cap repair took a while though FRS came quickly to patch it in the meantime, and a May 2024 commenter on r/medfordma said it took about four weeks to start after the quote, then the crew finished 95% of the job and three weeks of calls and emails about the final details went unanswered. In June 2026, a customer who asked for a repair quote after shingles fell off said the salesperson asked when they would be ready to move forward instead of pricing the repair, and that FRS would not give a number by phone or email.
