Leaks on a freezing night, ice dams, a raccoon-damaged roof before days of rain — CAN Roof Construction gets a lot of calls that couldn't wait. In a February 2026 Google review, a customer with a ceiling leak on a freezing weekend night said the crew came out to clear snow from the roof and break up the ice dams. An April 2025 customer needed raccoon damage repaired the next day, the only window before a stretch of rainy days. The Boston roofer shows 5★ from 128 Google ratings. Flat rubber roofs and skylights are regular jobs. A May 2026 customer said the company gave an estimate within 24 hours for a leaking EPDM roof under their top-floor deck, and when the first repair still leaked slightly, the crew came back in spring, removed the deck and replaced the roof. An August 2026 customer said the team replaced seven skylights in one very hot day, and a September 2026 customer said Rockey's crew tore off a 26 by 12 foot deck 16 feet in the air and replaced the roof under it. The company's site lists Nate Jalil as co-founder and Rocky Tami as co-owner. A July 2026 customer gave three stars: the inspector kept telling them they would need to budget, the estimate came in much higher than other estimates, and no one answered when they asked about alternatives to replacing the roof, though the company later called to apologize.
