Dellbrook — also doing business as Dellbrook|JKS — is a construction-management firm, not a repair outfit: it describes itself as one of the largest and fastest-growing general contractors in the Northeast, working out of Quincy since 2005 with a second office in Falmouth, run by an executive leadership team that stays involved day-to-day. It holds an active Massachusetts Home Improvement Contractor license. Third-party trade listings back the scale: Procore lists it as a general contractor for project management, coordination, and general construction management, and BuildZoom scores it 104. It's a member of the Quincy Chamber of Commerce and carries an A+ grade from the Better Business Bureau, though it hasn't sought BBB accreditation. Consumer reviews are thin for a company this size — Google shows a 3.4-star average from 14 ratings, and the tone runs more negative than positive lately. The most recent, from this June, is a one-star complaint about Dellbrook trucks parked on Hartwell that the reviewer called a major safety issue. An earlier five-star rating offered only a brief compliment with no detail behind it. Separately, OSHA opened a referral inspection at one of the firm's Framingham job sites; it's listed as closed, but what, if anything, it turned up isn't stated on the record here — worth asking about directly. Dellbrook reads like the right call for a large-scale build or renovation that wants institutional-grade project management behind it, not a same-day repair. Given how sparse and mixed the public review record is, ask for references from a comparably sized recent job before signing on.

They were hired to do construction in downtown Taunton next door to me. I have video showing violations in just about every area there could be a violation. “Negligent” doesn’t even begin to describe this company. They often start hours before their permit (and law) allows. Being 7 am but I have video of them starting at 5 am. They sprayed harmful chemicals that by their own SDS sheets say fatal if inhaled all over residents vehicles and then gave us a hard time when confronted. Even after they admitted they did it. They said “so what? Get a car wash”. I was personally hospitalized for chemical exposure for burns and damage to my eye from them doing this. I asked them to put up a tarp to prevent cast-off onto our property I was told it’s impossible. Yet their safety data sheets demand it. Called today to warn of other unsafe activity and was told by their rep, once someone gets injured or killed then they can sue us and he laughed. Zero accountability or remorse in putting the public at risk. The DOL told me they’ve recently been nabbed for improper practices regarding lead and asbestos. I feel bad for their workers who likely don’t know any better. Their project manager Jason Cruetz of their Falmouth office told me what they were spraying was non-toxic and once I got sick I later found out that was a lie and it’s actually lethal. So I’m sure workers are being told the same lie.

This place is trash, and all they do is put their customers at risk by spraying toxic chemicals while not following proper safety procedures. They just ruined dozens of cars by failing to put up tarps to catch the overspray from the paint stripper they were spraying. They also caused serious injury to people and they show no consideration or remorse for that. They should be fined and shut down so they can't ever harm another person or cause damage to personal property because of negligence
