I received BBIC as a great referral to address a potential mold issue. Once I called to set-up an appointment for a house visit, I knew I was in good hands. The phone call with Coleen was pleasant. She explained the process and how she was licensed/certified for Mold. She was prompted on getting back to me on locking down a time/date for the following week. She arrived on time, well prepared with tools and equipment. She shown respect to my property and analysis the situation on the spot. I felt safe and secure having her in my space; and with that I explain other work which I hope she could address. She clean and prepped my problem area and followed up to check on it after a few hours to reassess. I’m extremely pleased with her friendly knowledgeable approach to working out a solution. I look forward to having her handle more project and I highly recommend BBIC!!!
