BR Contractor is a serious company that cares about their clients. They treat us really well, very polite, very respectful and professional people! I have no problem in leave the house open for Br Construction because I know when I’m back it will look like their never been to the house or did any work. Very clean workers. You will be very happy and impressed if you hire them!

We needed to sister several joists in our basement and install lvl beams with support colums across the length of the building. After getting plans drawn from a structural engineer, we spoke to many contractors for the job and received many quotes. Not only did they give a reasonable price, but Kevin from BR was the only one to come visit the site with a copy of the plans I had sent. He already had an idea of what the project was and came prepared. You could tell that most of the other people we spoke to hadn't even looked. During the walk through, they also offered to fix the main water valve to the building that had rusted and broken. Initially, there was a slight miscommunication about permitting, which caused a delay, but once they got started, they worked quickly and finished the job in just a few days. The work was done well, and their whole team were always respectful to us and building tenants throughout. I would highly recommend BR for structural repairs like these or any other renovation project as they provided very good quality and professional service with minimal disruptions on a difficult project.

Kevin and team did a great job! They were very responsive, professional, and communicative through the whole process. I had previously installed a range hood over my stove and had removed part of the existing cabinetry and microwave there, so I hired BR Contractor to fill in the gap with tiles I had in storage, along with paint the wall to cover the non-painted gaps. Kevin and his partner got the job done in a day and were kind enough to touch up the grout the next day. We are happy with the tiling and the paint was matched perfectly with clean edges. They cleaned up the kitchen and they even remembered to reset the clock on the stove. Overall, I recommend BR Contractor.

These guys are great. They replaced a sliding patio door for me, and I used them again to install a bathroom exhaust fan. I was so impressed with their proffesionalism and conscientiousness. Both times they made sure I was satisfied with the work before they left, and asked if I had any questions about it. I'll definitely use them again.
