DEM Cleaning Services LLC

DEM Cleaning Services LLC is a Burlington cleaning company whose website lists commercial, residential, post-construction, deep, move-in / move-out and daycare cleaning, with a stated service area running from Burlington and South Burlington out to Shelburne, Colchester, Essex, Williston, Milton and Jericho. One property owner with units in Burlington and South Burlington said tenants had moved out for school, and the company cleaned a couple of one-bedrooms in one day and a few two-bedrooms a couple of days later — work the owner figured would have taken two or three weeks alone. A Jericho customer had a deep cleaning done and said every corner got attention, especially the bathrooms and carpets. An office in Hinesburg uses the after-hours service, and that customer said everything is clean by morning. A Church Street business owner said the company's crew handles both residential properties and restaurants. A recent customer said Hadjii responded quickly to the request, and a friend's bedroom was cleaned out in an hour. A 2026 customer said that after demolition left the house covered in construction dust, they came the very next day and cleaned every surface. A 2025 customer hired them for a move-out clean in the middle of a move and called them communicative and fast. One recent customer said that when asking whether the company accepts card payment, he said he was not interested in offering any services anymore and ended the call.
