Its website names Burlington, South Burlington, Winooski, Colchester, Williston, Shelburne and Charlotte as its service area. A recent customer who hired Zulia to deep clean a house before moving in said the job needed more than one day, so she came back the following day to finish, and called her pricing very reasonable. A customer moving out said every room was clean for the new tenants and the kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. A 2026 customer said Zulia spent nearly 10 hours on a newly purchased 3-bed, 3-bath home before move-in, including a dirty, greasy oven left by the previous owner. A 2026 customer said Zulia answered an early-morning call and cleaned two full floors of the customer's mother's home ahead of a family gathering, and later shared that she uses Mrs. Meyer's organic products. A 2026 customer said she had been flexible with date changes while cleaning their large Airbnb. In a June 2025 r/burlington thread, a commenter who had a deep clean before moving into a new house highly recommended Zulia, writing, "So nice and so thorough." The company also cleans workplaces. We hired Zulia to deep clean a house before we moved in. She went above and beyond - the house needed more help than one day’s worth of work, so Zulia came back the day following the initial clean to finish up. The house is now pristine and ready for us to enjoy! Zulia’s commitment to finishing the task is a testament to her work ethic, professionalism, and dedication to her clients. Zulia’s Cleaning Services did an excellent deep clean for my new home. From the very first contact, Zulia was prompt, professional, and highly communicative. She took the time to ask thoughtful questions about how I wanted certain areas cleaned and was very clear about the cleaning products she planned to use, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. I had high expectations and a number of specific requests, and she exceeded them in every way. Payment was clear and easy, and before leaving, Zulia made sure I was fully satisfied with the results. She has been a pleasure to work with, and I look forward to having her in my home on a regular basis.
It’s taken me a long time to write this review but I feel confused as to why there are so many good reviews here. While I will say that she was very nice, that’s where the value ends. I spent $500 plus tip for a move in deep cleaning in December, I didn’t end up moving in until February because I needed to be home with visiting my Dad. It was an empty one bedroom apartment, we spoke on the phone and she told me not to worry when I wanted to go over what I needed cleaned. She took 8 hours and I’m not exactly sure what she did. The fridge was half wiped, the counters were greasy. She didn’t clean the above the doors and she ignored dishwasher, the filter was nasty and it wasn’t cleaned at all. The floors weren’t moped, a swifter was used. The insides of the drawers weren’t wiped down. We have high ceilings and she came back to fix what little I had noticed but didn’t bring a ladder to clean the buildouts which were covered in dust. The blinds are filthy.. . I would expect a much deeper clean for the price and the size of my place. She basically did what I could has done for free. If I didn’t pay cash, I would dispute the charges. $500 is a lot for us and I feel deeply disappointed.
