It carries a 4.1-star average across 67 Google ratings, and reviews from 2021 through 2024 repeatedly single out owner Tony working the job alongside his crew — patios poured and sealed, pools surrounded in stone, snow cleared through the winter, all described as professional, on time, and done with real craftsmanship.
That history is real, but the last six months tell a different story: four of the last five reviews are negative. An April 2026 review says Tony promised to come back and fix a problem and never did, warning other homeowners to read the reviews first. An August 2026 review describes a company truck swerving into another driver's lane, echoing a similar complaint about aggressive driving from 2025. A March 2026 review says the company simply didn't show for a scheduled estimate appointment and never followed up — the same complaint another customer made back in 2022, so it isn't a one-time lapse.
