The company describes itself as providing waste management services in Carver, Plymouth and surrounding areas for residential and commercial properties, and its site names towns from Kingston and Duxbury to Bourne and Lakeville. One 2026 customer has weekly trash pick up and has also used the dumpster removal service. Another, who left a company sold to an out-of-state firm, contacted three local companies on a Sunday afternoon and heard back from Dependable that afternoon with the information requested; that customer likes the weekly recycling pick up and says pickup happens as scheduled. A 2026 reviewer says they are great at letting you know about changes because of holidays, and another says they always give updates concerning weather-related setbacks. Mike and his boys get a shout-out by name in a 2026 review. In a 2025 review, an HOA vice president said they worked with Mike, the owner, on a bid process that involved four other trash disposal companies; Dependable's pricing came in first and he secured the contract for the community. A customer of just over a year wrote in 2025 that they did not raise their prices yearly, sent email reminders around holidays, and that a real person answered the phone. And in an earlier 2026 review, a customer whose previous disposal company doubled its monthly charge said Mike and his folks always showed up at the same time every week.
