That customer called it a year-long project and said the sale of the parents' possessions offset the cost of junk removal significantly. They coordinated every aspect of the project, found solutions for hard-to-dispose-of materials and conducted estate sales, auctions and private purchase agreements, the customer wrote. A recent customer said Holly gave them a lot of useful information to help with the process. A 2025 customer said Holly, Steve and their staff handled both the clean out and the estate sale, and that everything went as agreed upon.
