Design Builders & Remodeling, Inc.

I can't say enough great things about working with Dave from Design Builders and Remodeling . From the very beginning of our barn design project, Dave impressed me with his professionalism, creativity, and down-to-earth approach. What truly set Dave apart was how easy and enjoyable he made the entire process. He listened carefully to what I wanted, asked thoughtful questions, and really took the time to understand how the barn would be used not just how it would look. He came up with unique, clever ideas that solved several design challenges we encountered, always keeping both functionality and budget in mind. The final design struck the perfect balance between aesthetics and practicality. Dave’s ability to think outside the box while staying grounded in what was realistic and affordable made all the difference. Due to circumstances outside of our control, several modifications needed to be made and Dave made these changes quickly without any sign of frustration. If you're looking for someone who's not only skilled and experienced but also genuinely cares about delivering the best for his clients, I highly recommend Dave and his team at Design Builders and Remodeling.

We've had two major renovations done by Design Builders and have been completely satisfied with their work. The renos have withstood the test of time and an active family. Working with the team was always easy - they were responsive and professional, especially David. I would highly recommend them.

Dave and his team designed and created our dream house, which not only is our sanctuary, but increased its value. We: Added an extension with bedroom, laundry room and full bath. Renovated our sun porch into a 3 season room with wood paneled ceiling and feature wall. And floor to ceiling collapsible windows and screens. Added a smaller uncovered deck for grilling. Stairs leading down to new decorative cement patio. Renovated our family room with new flooring, floor to ceiling windows on feature wall with doors leading out to the patio, new lighting. New windows for better light upstairs and energy efficient. All new siding with wonderful curb appeal. New contrast front doors. Check out the pictures!! 5 stars for professionalism, creative design, execution, attention to our whole project, management, friendliness. High-quality products and finishings. Exceeded our expectations and made a friend for life.

We are repeat clients of Design Builders for the past 10 years, and have been thrilled with David and his team every time. Our kitchen (2014) is still well built and timelessly designed. DB built our living room and deck (2021) in harmony with our natural surroundings. Our bathroom was updated this year and, again, we are very happy. Highly recommend David and Design Builders.

We have worked with David Adam’s Design Builders & Remodeling, Inc, multiple times and are currently embarking on our third project together—a kitchen remodel. After two great experiences, we knew we wanted to work with him again! What sets David apart is that he offers a full-service, all-in-one solution from design through construction, making the process seamless and stress-free. He is easy to work with and always quick with solutions and ideas when unexpected challenges arise. He is also incredibly reliable, trustworthy, and reasonable, ensuring that projects stay on track. Most importantly, his work is of the highest quality, and he delivered both of our previous projects on time and on budget—something that is hard to come by in the construction world! We highly recommend Design Builders & Remodeling, Inc to anyone looking for a skilled and dependable design/build professional.
