We had an amazing experience working with Aaron and his team. From start to finish they were professional and so easy to work with. Aaron listened to our dream vision and brought it to life. The quality of work was excellent and the attention to detail was above and beyond. Our 3 year old son was so excited anytime they showed up and the even made him feel like part of the team. We are thrilled with the results and now have our dream bathroom and laundry room along with a little hideaway spot for our son. We had Aaron and Co. do a complete remodel of our only bathroom. At our first meeting, Aaron made us feel like he knew what he was doing – he listened to what we wanted and made us comfortable with his process. We had a vision in mind and were able to pick the tile, cabinetry and fixtures ourselves. He gave suggestions along the way but did not push his ideas on us. His team was friendly, prompt and incredibly professional. We knew we were in good hands through the whole process. We are so pleased with how the bathroom came out.

Replaced 48 windows and installed 2 new windows. Workmanship was excellent and left everything clean. Hard workers, great personalities, and respectful. Pricing was good.

Our 70 year old house needed an update … kitchen remodel, opening up a wall, redoing two bathrooms, a new deck, floor refinish and some general tidying up of the interior. We interviewed three contractors and Aaron easily stood out as the one we wanted to work with. He listened to what we wanted. Gave us solid suggestions … even talking us out of a couple of things which would have been too expensive and not worth the investment. Once we signed the contract, Aaron and his team were off and running. He gave us a detailed project plan with milestones and provided regular updates on the progress. Halfway through the project he ran into a couple of snags with the original house construction, but he came up with a plan to fix the issues and pass the town inspection. His team, including the subcontractors, were great. Excellent quality. He hit the promised finish date. Aaron delivered everything we expected and more. Ended up getting a hug from my wife for doing such a nice job and taking good care of us. If you have a project, give him a call to talk. I’m sure you will be pleased.

After years of deliberation, we finally made the decision to remodel our kitchen, mudroom and half bath. These rooms make up the heart of our home but were outdated and slowly falling apart. We carefully vetted several businesses in the area but ultimately decided to go with Aaron and team. This decision was based on many factors but at the end of the day it was the intangibles that led us to choose Aaron. From the jump he was impeccably prompt and was open and honest about the end to end process and cost up front. When asked, he provided recommendations on appliances and other design selections that we ended up using. At the start of each week, he would send me a detailed message outlining the expectations for the upcoming days, with a clearly defined payment schedule making everything very predictable. There were a couple times where we asked for a slight change to our plan but Aaron was very accommodating made it work each time. The entire crew of subcontractors were respectful and professional. We’d especially like to recognize Kevin whose meticulous carpentry made everything look perfect. Kevin also took the time to clean up the working area at the end of the day which made things much less stressful for our family. Overall, we highly recommend A.P Malin and Co. to anyone looking for a skilled remodeling professional who delivers top-notch results with a clear and honest approach. Aaron certainly has our patronage locked for future projects.
