Working with Design Plus Construction exceeded all our expectations! They came highly recommended by our architect Hisel Flynn and quickly earned our trust. Design Plus Construction just did an addition and partial renovation for us in Cambridge. They were fabulous. We have had a lot of experience with contractors and renovations over the years and they were by far the best we have ever worked with. We live in a cramped area with lots of access and parking issues and they handled them cheerfully with attention to the needs of our neighbors. They were on time and on budget and their attention to detail made it possible for us to comfortably live in the house during the renovation. As the inevitable surprises came up, as will always be the case with an older home, they dealt with them in a completely straightforward and thoughtful manner that made them all non-issues. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
