Desmarais HVAC describes itself on its Angi profile as having over 30 years of experience serving the Auburn area, and the profile asks customers to give Dale a call. In a 2021 review, Diana & Lance wrote that after speaking with Dale on the phone for about 15 minutes they knew he was the one to do their project, and thanked him for installing their new Daikin unit, which they said "works great" and made the air quality in their home ideal. In another 2021 review, a former facilities manager said they had hired Dale Desmarais countless times for HVAC installations and repairs at work, had also hired him for work on their home HVAC system, and called his service and reliability "always excellent." In a 2017 review, a customer described him as efficient, reasonably priced, timely and knowledgeable, and said he will provide your options, including what items are the newest and best in the industry. A separate 2017 reviewer said he knows the problem immediately and takes care of it, and wrote of using him for many years.
