DiMar Technology LLC is a residential electrician that holds a 5-star average across 22 Google ratings. Its website lists a service area that runs from Norwalk, Westport and Stamford out to Bridgeport, New Haven and Danbury, and the company describes its work as residential electrical, from new homes to kitchen and bathroom remodels, with a focus on lighting design. Lighting is where the work gets specific. One customer hired DiMar to install landscape lighting while their mason prepared the ground, and said the company walked them through different lighting options first. A customer said Mark and his dad installed lights in their beams, and that one time, after losing power, they came over in 10 minutes. A reviewer who has worked with the father-and-son team on jobs from a large custom home build to swapping light fixtures said Marc came out on a Saturday morning and fixed a pool that would not run after its first turn-on. The rest is everyday and upgrade electrical work. One customer hired them to upgrade their electric so central air could go in, and said they came over the day after the call. A customer with an old home said Mark has worked on their electrical panel, wired an HVAC system and installed light fixtures and ceiling fans for years. DiMar also installed controls for lighting and electric shades in a new house, and resolved an issue with a Control 4 system right away for a customer who called about it. A customer said they installed an electric car charger. A 2026 customer with an old historical home said DiMar fixed everything while keeping it authentic and added new lighting to brighten the rooms. A 2026 customer said DiMar put lights in their attic and basement, plus under-cabinet LED lights and plugs in the kitchen. A 2026 customer said they had been using DiMar for the past decade.

Dimar Technology did an excellent job of installing controls for lighting and electric shades in a new house. Follow-up service has been responsive and effective. Mark is a terrific guy.
Mark is my go to electrician when I need anything. Super responsive and does great work. From large basement renovation projects to light fixtures etc. Highly recommend
They did a great job! Highly recommend.
I've worked with Marc and the DiMar Technology team (a father and son duo) on everything from a huge custom home build to just swapping out some light fixtures for a client, and honestly, they're just really good people to have on a job. On the big house, the attention to detail was next level, exactly what you want when there are a hundred things happening at once. But they show up with that same care even for the small stuff, which says a lot. My favorite Marc story: we couldn't get the pool running after the first turn-on, so he came out on a Saturday morning, no complaints, no scheduling runaround, just fixed it. If you need an electrician you can actually trust to show up and do it right, call either Marc.
Mark Jr and Mark Sr are beyond amazing. I hired them to upgrade my Electric so I could install central air. They came over the day after I called them. They were so professional , extremely knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. They have to be without a doubt the best electricians in Connecticut. I’m going to recommend them to everyone!!!! -Lauri-Ann Pirraglia
