I rarely leave reviews for my contractors, but Lou’s service was so exceptional, I feel it deserves more than 5 stars. Super-professional electrician, provides great advice, quotes a fair price and sticks to his estimate. His communication skills are great as well, he’s always available to answer questions via Whatsapp. Highly recommended.
Lou has been helping us for many years now. His work is always outstanding in quality and done in timely fashion. He advises you like a friend so there are no surprises. I have no hesitation in recommending him to you.
I called Lou on a Saturday and he showed up same day to check out the job. He had everything installed before 4pm on Monday! He knows what he's doing - highly recommend!
Lou and his team operate at the highest standard of quality. He cuts no corners and did an excellent job replacing/upgrading our panel and some key wiring to outside. We're glad to have chosen Lou!
After a diligent search, we recently hired Lou Electric LLC and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Lou provided a free estimate and took the time to do a very thoughtful, thorough walk-through of our 1970s era condo. He carefully evaluated the existing wiring and panel capacity and discussed rewiring functionally obsolescent switches and outlets with an eye towards facilitating future upgrades. His estimate was not the lowest and not the highest — but it was fair and appropriate for the level of work he proposed. The scope was clearly defined, code-compliant, and well thought out. The workmanship was neat and clean. Cuts were precise, wiring was organized, and post project clean up was as expected. Just as important, Lou and his team clearly respected our property — protecting floors and furniture, minimizing disruption, and treating our condo as if it were their own. If you’re in Norwalk and vicinity — especially in an older condominium — and want quality electrical work done properly, Lou Electric is a solid, professional choice.
