A recent Google customer said the company replaced an uninhabitable camp with a custom designed modular home, working through multiple design revisions and finish selections, and called Scott and Edana always available. A 2026 customer wrote that they hired the company to build a duplex and a single-family home for a family member, and said its contractors came in on budget and on time. A 2026 reviewer said the company completed their modular house in the fall of 2025 with no surprises on budget or timelines, and credited Ryan Lemelin with the foundation and site-prep. A 2024 customer said the general contractor, Scott, and office support, Edana, took most of the stress out of building a new home. A 2024 customer said Scott Bubar, the president, and Edana, the office manager, went out of their way to help through the building process. A 2023 Reddit commenter said the company was very responsive and gave ballpark quotes within days. A 2023 customer said the office manager stated the company could not accommodate their personal design, that prices had been raised, and that it could not meet their needs, budget or timeline. Dirigo Custom Structures was phenomenal to work with. They replaced our uninhabitable camp with a custom designed modular home. We were able to go through multiple design revisions, finish selections and could not be happier with the end results. Scott and Edana were amazing! Always available and super knowledgeable about the process, direction to go what would work and what would not. All the Subs they use were awesome as well, we could not be happier. We are thrilled we used Dirigo and would highly recommend them (and have!) to anyone who is looking for a builder.
Absolutely love this company. I hired them to build a duplex for me and Bodenham as well as a single-family home for a family member. The customer service after the home was built was amazing. Their contractors that utilize came in On budget and on time. If you use them for your home building needs, you will not be disappointed
Dirigo Custom Structures completed our modular house in late last Fall (2025), and we couldn't be more pleased with how things went. Scott and Edana are very knowledgeable in this business. Building a house could be nerve-racking, but everything was explained at the very beginning. There were no surprises with budget or timelines. Their team of personnel, were all very skilled. A special should out to Ryan Lemelin, who did the foundation and site-prep, for an outstanding job. A big Thank You, to Dirigo Custom Structures.
We were very pleased with the home building process through Dirigo Custom Structures. The general contractor, Scott, and his right hand office support, Edana, took most of the stress out of it (can there really be no stress when building a new home?). We are very grateful for their expertise and always found them to be patient and of highest integrity. All the sub contractors did timely and quality work. We just wanted to say thank you to everyone at Dirigo Custom Structures who helped us create our dream home! My wife and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Dirigo Custom Structures. Scott Bubar, President and Edana, Office Manager where both amazing to work with and went out of their way to assist my wife and I through the building process. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions but were encouraged to make decisions about our home that we would enjoy. There have been many occasions where Scott and Edana have put in extra time to ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with the service we were receiving, but this was already evident due to the hard work that was being put into our home. Dirigo has gone above and beyond with giving guidance, answering questions, and just making the building process stress free and exciting. We absolutely love our new home and have received so many compliments about it! It was built of the highest quality and turned out even more beautiful than we ever imagined. It was an awesome and wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend Dirigo Custom Structures if you are looking to build a house!
