Dirigo Glass Inc

Dirigo Glass works on both houses and cars out of Belfast, and it has a shop in Rockport. On the home side, a December 2022 Google reviewer said Dirigo replaced all their home windows and called the price good. In a January 2022 review, another customer said the company had replaced a picture window that started pulling moisture between the panes a couple of years earlier, and had just replaced their cracked windshield. Windshields are the other side of the business. A January 2026 reviewer said the Rockport shop helped them through a broken-windshield replacement from beginning to end, and a September 2025 customer was told a windshield job would take four hours because the car had to be reprogrammed, then had it done in two. In June 2026, a customer praised Sherry for going out of her way to help them. In a January 2025 Google review, a customer said they were quoted $400 and three hours for two panes of glass, did the job themselves instead, and later asked for three panes, were told it would take a day, and heard nothing for weeks despite calling three or four times. The January 2022 reviewer also said that when they called Dirigo to a job site to look at a front door, the company tried to bill them for labor hours before giving a quote; they were not charged for the time once they called and explained. The company says it has been in business 27 years and offers free estimates. Google shows 4.7 stars from 67 ratings.
