I contacted this business with a simple concern and was honestly shocked by the owner’s attitude. The conversation was dismissive, unprofessional, and left me with no confidence in how the business handles customers. I understand the business may be fairly new, but that does not excuse poor communication or treating people like an inconvenience. After speaking with the owner directly, I would not feel comfortable trusting them with even a small project, let alone anything important. My advice to others would be to get everything in writing, confirm details before spending money, and be careful if you expect clear communication or respectful customer service.
I’m extremely happy with the service. I met the owner, Sho, a couple of months ago outside of work, and he was incredibly helpful in assessing my home and explaining the best ways to keep it clean. I was hesitant at first since I’d never had anyone clean my house but myself, but now I’m a loyal monthly client and couldn’t be more satisfied.
I recently had my establishments cleaned by Sho's Enterprise Building Service, LLC and I couldn't be more satisfied with the services that were provided. Not only was this gentleman extremely efficient, my floors were absolutely spotless. I highly recommend if you are looking for a cleaning service for your establishment; reasonable pricing & absolutely not one complaint.
Sho’s professionalism and thorough work ethic is phenomenal! He was able to complete everything that I needed after my consultation. I’m opening a new location & needed a credible company to complete the job and they were able to do just that! With short notice at that! Would recommend to anyone!
