Three dogs, including two huskies, were enjoying their yard after their customer worked with DogWatch East CT & West MA, according to a January 2025 Google review. The customer had been skeptical that the system would work with the huskies and praised Doug and Linda for easy, fast communication. The company advertises professionally installed DogWatch hidden fences using SafeLink FM technology. Its website says the system has no subscription fees or daily charging requirement, and offers free estimates. A March 2023 reviewer said their fence was installed within a week. They singled out Linda for training their dog, Charlie, saying he connected with her immediately and that the training was fun and fast. The customer said Charlie was then enjoying the yard safely. In a May 2022 review, another customer described Linda as flexible and helpful and said their dog could roam the property without a leash. An August 2020 customer described follow-up visits as well as training: Linda answered their questions about the fence system and returned to their home on multiple occasions to adjust the collar or check that their dog was learning. That customer also mentioned Linda’s dog assistant, Rusty, helping with the training. A March 2020 reviewer said Linda explained the product and trained their two dogs, a husky and a Jack Russell/pug, and described the dogs running around the yard safely.
