A recent customer said Jake conducted a home inspection after Sabrina returned the call quickly. In a 2022 review, a customer said they did a sweep, cleaning, inspection and a new steel liner in a chimney that hadn't been used in decades. Its BBB page gives it an A+ grade. A recent customer complained that the company won't give a quote for anything until you agree to pay 400 dollars for a sweep.
“Done Right Chimney did a great job for us. They inserted metal sleeves as we originally just had ceramic tiles.”
“If you're in amherst area, done right chimney is the best”
“So I also called done right after everyone recommended them. They seem awesome! Super informative convo”
“We also used Done Right, not for an install but they did our house inspection (for chimney) and cleaning and they were excellent.”
“Done Right Chimney is high-quality, knowledgeable service and they're my neighbors up here in Burgy. I wouldn't call them cheap, but they provide excellent value.”
“Other businesses on the block include Good to Go “Heat and Eat” Dinners and a Done Right Chimney Showroom. The two stores share a building at 45 Main St. between Cumberland Farms and Elbow Room Coffee.”
This is the 7th year we have used Done Right. Their work and customer service is second to none. They are professional and efficient. They have us for lifelong customers. Thank you again Sabrina and Cory and your team for all your quality work
On time. Josh cleaned and serviced my pellet stove. Done Right is a great company and that’s because it has people like Josh. He knows what he’s doing and explained everything super clearly and he’s a super nice guy (even if he’s a Red Sox fan). I’m ready for my pellets!
Kind of crazy that they won't give you a quote for anything until you agree to pay 400 dollars for a sweep. Reviews on other platforms appear to be more honest about this than the reviews here on google.
Great work by the team. Always a pleasure to see him in action.they do a good job and leave the house clean after they finish the work. Thanks
