Coolbeans. Got post I needed , and parts. Great lady out front helped me greatly. Class act. Yessah
I needed a fence to keep my dogs safe. I had emailed back and forth more times than I can count, asking and begging that they either call me or text me as emails are difficult at times to respond too timely. Over and over zero answer. Zero response back. Absolutely unprofessional. I am sad for this company as I was so hopeful they would do a good job. Unless you're on your computer 24/7 and have the time to access every email this is not the company that will help you. All it would have taken was a phone call or text message. Unfortunately, I am completely unimpressed with the entire experience. I hope they get it together. Or maybe they are so busy. They just can't be bothered with new clients. I don't know. Unfortunate.
I was in a pickle on getting some fencing done for my business in the middle of summer, 10 feet and 6 feet high fencing. I gave them some dates to work around and they were able to squeeze me in and do me a solid! They come on time, prepared, respectable and they work FAST. It was so hard for me to find someone able to re-use some fencing I had, let alone anyone to actually listen, and respect me. I will 100000% be going to Double T for all me fencing needs either it be for business or personal and will be recommending them to EVERYONE asking! Thank you Double T!
I recommend Double T Fence. They answered all my questions and did a great job installing a chain link fence around my backyard to meet my needs for the dogs. The crew was courteous and professional.
Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them for any fencing or gate projects you may have.
