He was great at first, very responsive to my emails. Then, when he came to do the work, he was very thorough and efficient, and cleaned up his mess very fast. But, when the job was finished, we discussed adding more bricks, and he said he'd come back and add them, no charge, and never came back. Then, I kept sending emails and leaving messages on his cell phone, and he never wrote or called back.
