- A next-morning visit — a dryer vent call got an 8:00 AM visit
A long-overdue AC cleaning turned into a full replacement for one recent customer: during the cleaning, Derek of DP Piping found a leak that required shutting the system down. Within a day he had a quote to replace the condenser, A-coil and furnace, and once the city permit was approved he finished the job in a day and a half. DP Piping is a heating and cooling business whose website lists boiler, furnace, baseboard and radiant floor heating installation along with oil-to-natural-gas conversions. Its stated service area includes Burrillville, Central Falls, Cranston and Cumberland. At a rental property, a customer said Derek assessed an AC unit within 48 hours, explained the repairs needed and pointed out a few other improvements worth considering; his team came back the next day and serviced it. A dryer vent problem brought Derek to one customer's house at 8:00 AM the next morning, and that customer said he explained what he was doing and why. On Google it shows 5 stars from 11 ratings, and the Better Business Bureau grades it A-.
