I live in a manufactured home and I was looking for a contractor for a ductless system. I found East Bay Air Systems via RI Energy. I got more than one estimate. I decided to go with East Bay Air Systems as Ruarri was not only professional and extremely knowledgeable but really cared about what system would work best in my home. Ruarri and his team are polite, clean, knowledgeable, and professional and their work is outstanding!! In addition, he completed the RI Energy rebate forms making the whole process seamless! Fantastic experience-- from the appointment set up call, to the payment at the end. Fast, professional, and the technicians even fixed our spigot because he noticed it was broken. They went above and beyond. Mini-split cleaning was quick, easy, and perfectly done. Great price for the result!
