Driven Landscapes runs weekly mowing crews and seasonal cleanups out of South Easton, working Norfolk County towns from Foxboro to Westwood and Wrentham. Long-running customers describe a familiar cast — Wilbur, Matt, John and Jonathan keep coming up by name as the ones running crews, handling estimates, or answering the phone, unusual detail for a lawn service this size. A 2017 trade-press piece described the company as a Massachusetts lawn-care and landscape-management provider then expanding through two kinds of franchise territory, pointing to more scale behind the brand than a single crew. The strongest thread through the reviews is repeat business. People who say they've used Driven for years for mowing, fall leaf cleanup and driveway plowing point to specific finished work rather than vague praise: in 2022 a reviewer said mulched beds were edged "perfectly"; in 2023 another described a thorough clearing of overgrown ivy and invasive growth; in mid-2024 someone praised a patio-and-fire-pit landscaping job. The same multi-year history also carries a real, recurring complaint: being billed for mowing or snow service that reviewers say never happened, with promised credits that didn't arrive. Versions of this run from 2022, when a reviewer said a $500 leaf-pickup charge was billed despite the leaves being left in place, through mid-2025, when another called the billing system "horrible" and said they were charged for mow weeks the crew skipped, to April 2026, when a reviewer said a snow-plow charge went uncredited and a scheduled visit was never made. A related pattern shows up as missed appointments and unanswered calls — in mid-2024 a four-year customer said they had to physically stop a crew from mowing an already sun-scorched lawn after two calls and an email went ignored. Separately, a December 2025 review, unrelated to yard work itself, described a company pickup truck cutting off another driver and forcing them toward a guard rail. Google's own page shows a 4.2-star average across 131 ratings, well above the tone of these written complaints — the two don't fully agree. Before booking, it's worth asking exactly how recurring mowing or snow visits are billed and getting confirmation in writing whenever a scheduled visit is skipped — that's a specific pattern across several years of reviews, not one bad month. For straightforward seasonal work with a crew customers keep re-hiring, the track record holds up; for anyone on a recurring billing schedule, checking the invoice against what was actually done looks like the one habit worth building in early.

Driven Landscapes did a great job providing landscaping and plant design around our front porch. We are thrilled with the final product! Would absolutely recommend their work.
Horrible job, view their $1100 performance on my YouTube channel 'ecduzitgood'.
I am still waiting for a call back and a refund of charges that they charged my card even though they did not show up to my house. I have a ring camera so I checked as well. The first charge they said they were going to credit me back for because we had 1-2 inches of snow which they never cleaned but said they came by - still no credit so far. The second charge was for the last crazy snow storm that I had to dig my self out of for two days because they never showed but they charged me crazy money for. Then they charged me a random $1 - said they were looking into it. Well I’ve give you plenty of time. I liked you guys for mowing but just respond back to your customers when you are clearly wrong. I own a business too and this is just ridiculous.
Doesn't show up
At 7:51 am, one of their drivers almost side swiped me and sent me into a guard rail just so he could rush into the left lane, only to cruise in front of me. First impressions are everything, Mr. White ford pickup truck with license plate V12-332. Deliberately unsafe and erratic driving is egregious, unacceptable behavior all by itself. It’s even more pathetic from a company vehicle.
