Drummin Plumbing and Heating is an Exeter, New Hampshire plumbing and heating business; its written Angi reviews date from 2011 to 2018. In a 2018 Angi review, a customer wrote that Doug returned an emergency call in the evening within five minutes and was on-site the next morning, and that he and his crew fixed a broken copper heating pipe and purged air from the entire system, making sure the boiler and three zones were working well. In a 2016 review, a customer wrote that Drummin picked up an electric hot water heater from the vendor where they bought it and installed it along with upgrades to some of the mechanicals. A 2014 review says the tank and installation job took two hours, with a quoted price 25% less than big box store quotes. In another 2014 review, a customer wrote that Doug answered right away and sent one of his employees that afternoon to fix a plumbing leak that appeared that morning, and that the cost was reasonable. In a 2012 review, a customer described a leak in the wall of an upstairs shower that was leaking into the kitchen ceiling; he fixed the leak and recommended someone to fix the ceiling and drywall. In a 2011 review, a customer wrote that Doug took out a dead 25+ year old gas hot water heater, installed the new one and hauled away the old heater, and was done within 2 hours of arriving.
Doug returned an emergency call in the evening within five minutes and was on-site the next morning. He and his crew fixed a broken copper heating pipe and purged air from the entire system, taking care to make sure the boiler and three zones all were working well. Very professional, very personable. I'll hire them again for sure.
Drummin picked up the electric hot water heater from the vendor where we purchased it and completed the installation of it along with up-grades to some of the mechanicals. It was completed professionally and in a timely manner.
Douglas and his team were prompt, and efficient. The total job took two hours with no problems after the job was completed. The quoted price for the tank and installation was 25% less than the big box store quoted prices. I would use Drummin Pluming again and recommend them to my friends.
I was very pleased with the services provided by Drummin Plumbing and Heating. After several other plumbers I contacted did not return my call, I contacted Doug at Drummin Plumbing and Heating to diagnose and fix a plumbing leak that appeared that morning. Doug answered my call right away and was able to send one of his employees to my home that afternoon to do the work. The plumber arrived within the time frame Doug indicated and was very friendly, professional and thorough--he made the repair and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely use Drummin Plumbing and Heating again and I would recommend them to others.
