NiBROC Oil, Heating & Cooling says it serves the New Hampshire seacoast area with fuel oil delivery plus boiler, furnace and air conditioning service and installations, and it claims 50 years in business. A 2024 customer said they woke on a Sunday in a snow storm to a furnace not working; owner Russ helped do some troubleshooting first, and when nothing worked, they came out right away and fixed the problem. A 2022 customer said their burner went down after hours and they came right out and got them up and running. A 2025 customer said Russ did their furnace and central air split back in 2017, and when the central air failed, he presented multiple options with pros and cons. A 2024 customer described a mini split installation that began with a walk through with the owner. A 2023 customer said Russ worked on their Mitsubishi mini split system and worked around their schedule. A 2023 customer said online ordering was a plus and deliveries always came within 48 hours. A recent customer said the company refused service after 8 years because their driveway is a hill, with a completely empty tank in the dead of winter. A 2022 customer said the company would not schedule a furnace maintenance because they had ordered one oil delivery from a cheaper company.
Refused service after 8 years at random “because my driveway is a hill” in the dead of winter at 0 degrees on a completely empty tank with a newborn in the house. Not only does husband own a plow company, my driveway is plowed down to the pavement salted and sanded AND the next oil company we had to hire got up our driveway in 13 seconds without issue. Pissed to say the least
I have been a customer of Nibroc for almost a decade. If you want to understand this company, look at the about page. It’s humble but the truth. Russ runs what we need these days. Honest company with solid people. He stands by his work. He had to do my furnace and my central air split back in 2017. His crew did an awesome job and we have kept our oil with him since. Reliable and dependable. He recently had to find a solution for my central air crapping out in the middle of this heat dome (I hate animals, fried the system). Others would have taken me to town, not Russ. He presented me multiple options with pros and cons. The guy is honest to the T and his whole company runs that way. I appreciate what a rarity Russ and Nibroc are in our world now. Show me one other company where the owner shows up at your door to stand by their work? That doesn’t exist anymore.
Amazing people from customer service to delivery. Found out today they really care...
From the beginning to the end of purchasing and I stalling new mini splits in our home, Nicbroc Oil, Heating and Cooling was AWESOME! From calling the office to arrange an estimate, to the very through walk through with the owner ( who answered many questions over several days), to the super efficient, respectful, and professional crew who did the installation...it was a job handled with superior quality! I can't say enough about how pleased we are with Nibroc Oil, Heating and Cooling!
Today, Sunday, in the middle of a snow storm, NIBROC came out to fix my furnace. I woke up to furnace not working. It's nerve racking because I'm thinking I won't be able to get a hold of anyone today at 7am! NIBROC owner, Russ helped do some troubleshooting first. When nothing worked, they came out right away and fixed the problem!!! Thank you! They have always been so reliable!
