Duct Mates LLC cleans air ducts. Its website describes air duct cleaning for homes and businesses throughout Connecticut and names a service area of Branford, New Haven, Guilford, Madison, East Haven, West Haven and Hartford. On Google it holds 5 stars from 10 ratings. Dryer vents are part of the work too: one customer with a long, twisted dryer vent run says Todd got it clearer than several past services have, and the next visit is on the calendar for next year. A customer says they were quick to answer questions, transparent with pricing and have a camera to show what is going on in pipes. A 2026 customer said Duct Mates cleaned the ducts in their home for the first time in 24 years, shared the before-and-after improvements in the ducts and vents, and left no mess in the home. A 2026 customer said Todd laid down floor coverings before going to work and explained everything he was doing. A 2026 reviewer said they took care of two systems in a rental property at a fair price.
Quick to answer questions and solve the problem. Transparent with pricing and honest about what work has to be done. They have a camera to show what’s going on in pipes. Would recommend and plan to continue services with them.
Todd did a great job. Our dryer vent has a long twisted run and Todd got it clearer than several past services have. Great job, on the calendar for next year.
