I so bad wanted to give a higher rating. I have hopes that these guys are young and will improve from here. The positives are that they didn't break anything of mine. I don't want to generalize a generation but this may or may not have been some of the issue. Generation Z have a very relaxed work ethic I have found. After one hour and them only have gotten my couch and a chair out to the U-haul I had words with them. They were on their second break within a hour. After I said something they did speed it up and got it done within the 3 hour window and I paid $500 which was the agreed upon price. (They for sure did not do $500 worth of manual labor) However not having to lift myself was gold to me. I always believe in tipping. I over tip in fact probably because I was a server/bartender for years. These guys made a comment about giving them not once but twice. It is rude and disrespectful to imply/insinuate/pressure someone to give you a tip. I gave them each $25 for their service. I didn't realize how bad the quality of the move was until I got separate moves on the other end. The guys on the other end just like these guys are starting out. The difference is the other guys were work horses. They unloaded a full truck all going up a flight of upstairs. The entire full truck upstairs in 1 hour and 30 min and charged me $300 less (it would be fair to note that 35 min of your cost was the between both of my pic up locations. ) The had vest that helped move things, a hand truck, and a square thing on wheels that helps moved things things. I'm tipped them gladly and not once did they tell me that they expecting a tip from me. I appreciate the help I got.

Here's a concise, genuine review: Excellent moving experience! The crew was on time, professional, and handled all of our belongings with great care. They worked quickly, packed everything into our POD efficiently, and nothing was damaged. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and made what could have been a stressful move incredibly easy. Highly recommend!

Jalyn & Read were great! I reached out for a last minute request, got a response & quote immediately, and scheduled the service that was provided & completed all in the same day. They were professional, responsive & super easy to work with. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for moving/junk removal services. Thanks guys!!

We had an exceptional experience with DumpKings - spectacular communication and follow up with Antwon, and then Jalen and Zion literally went above and beyond and by the way handled the fact it was a clean out of my deceased mothers attic with class professionalism and elevated character often lost on a couple guys in their 20s hustling. I will 1000% hire them again and please tip these guys. They bust ass and don't stop, but never make you feel like they're rushing. They have urgency but with kid gloves and empathy. We can't say enough! 5Stars For days!

It was a small move, but with a decent amount of distance. We were moving about 55 miles. They took the job accommodated my timing and got a small job done at a reasonable cost. Highly recommend for small jobs. They are young guys who just graduated college and are hustling to make some money.
