It says founder and president Lu Annatone leads the business and reports 20 years in operation. Recent customers praise punctual arrivals and quick work. In June 2026, one reviewer said the quote was accurate, scheduling provided next-day service, and the crew left the area clean. Another June customer credited Peter and Declan with efficient household junk removal at a reasonable price and said Lou helped review in advance what could be included. An April 2026 reviewer described couches, grills, furniture, construction junk and old televisions being taken away in under two hours. The company has 5 stars on Google from 256 ratings. Older customers describe returning for further removals. In an April 2025 review, a homeowner said John and his team removed items left after a basement renovation, communicated throughout and provided a fair estimate; the customer described hiring them again for another pile of items and debris. A January 2024 reviewer said it was their third time using the service and credited Chris and Peter with removing challenging large items without damaging walls or leaving a mess. In an August 2023 review, another customer described Jim and Kyle removing two large pieces of gym equipment. How much space the load occupies matters to the price customers describe.
