Worst Experience ever was Charged 2 hours with for two Techs the one tech was caught looking in my window when I was getting dressed nothing was fixed here they said they were here for 2 hours and nothing fixed and charge me $ 540 dollars, A total rip off last they were requested to notify the customer be arriving which they didn't, DO NOT USE last thing there Business officer was Rude
Just installed a Mitsubishi mini-split. Price was fair. Team was great and completed the work efficiently and unobtrusively. Looks great so far.
We had such a great experience working with Duncklee on implementing a new HVAC system in our home. The flow of communication was phenomenal. I called 3 different companies to get a quote and information and spoke with able to speak with someone immediately at Duncklee with quick information and guidance on how we could move forward. Important to note, I left messages with the other two companies and only one returned my call. We worked together with a steady flow of information and decided on the best unit for our needs. The employees that that came to my house were polite and professional and VERY punctual. The project was completed promptly and guidance was given regarding maintenance and best practices for efficient heating and cooling. Job well done!
