A 2026 customer said they called early on a Monday morning with oil running low, and a delivery arrived in less than 2 hours. A 2026 customer who called before a snowstorm, low on oil, said the company worked with them to get oil the same day. In a 2025 review, a customer said Mystic Fuel was the only vendor to answer their call on a Sunday and delivered oil within an hour as promised; that 2025 customer said the driver, Kevin, got their heat back on. A 2025 customer said that the day after Christmas the furnace was fixed and the tank filled within hours. A 2024 customer who thought they had run out of oil, when it was actually a furnace problem, said the owner came out on a Saturday. That 2024 customer said the basement had flooded from a sump pump that stopped working by the time the owner arrived, and that he helped get the pump working and then referred a furnace company. A 2023 customer of at least 12 years said they called Kevin at 4pm with the oil almost empty and had the oil truck at the house by 5pm. A 2022 customer who needed an emergency delivery said other places could not come for days, but Mystic Fuel set up a refill the same day, and when the furnace would not restart, the company had someone out later that day to help.
