A recent Google customer said the company accepted the job months in advance, then showed up the day before the work was to start, complained that the job was not what they expected, and backed out. That customer said they had repeatedly asked the company to visit the site and had been assured it was not necessary. A 2024 Google customer said Dunstable Forms quoted a price that compared well with others, was available to do the job within a very short time, and completed it in a timely way on what that customer called their second construction project. That 2024 customer said they would recommend the company to anyone who needs concrete services.
They accepted the job months in advance, but backed out the day before they were supposed to show up. This is despite my repeated communications with them and me insisting that they visit the site. They assured me that it wasn’t necessary and they had everything they needed. The day before they were supposed to start the work they show up and complain that the job isn’t what they expected and bail on me. Avoid working with them at all costs. Complete incompetence on communication and in there ability to perform work.
Dunstable Forms provided exceptional service. This is our second construction project and our first was such a disaster we expected it the same this go around. Dunstable Forms quoted us a fantastic price compared to others, was available to do the job within a very short time, completed it incredibly timely and provided the most fantastic customer service throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs concrete services!
