A 2026 customer said a prior oil company could not deliver for five weeks, so they called Dutile, were told the oil would come Friday, and had it delivered the same day they called. That customer described the delivery driver as friendly and helpful. Dutile & Sons describes itself as a seller of fuel oil, kerosene and coal that also offers oil burner service, including conversions. The company says it has been in business 17 years, and its BBB grade is A+. A 2025 customer wrote that their second floor was overheating from the forced hot water baseboards. That customer said a Dutile & Sons crew was at the house barely three hours after the call, and the boiler got a full service the next day with the issue resolved. A 2023 customer called it good, reliable service.
Absolutely amazing! Prior oil company said they couldn’t deliver oil for 5 weeks. Called Dutile today, gentleman said they’d deliver Friday. They delivered SAME day I called. So grateful for the amazing service. The delivery driver was very friendly and helpful. Didn’t think there was old school nice people out there anymore.
Dutile & Sons just earned a customer for life. My wife and I were expecting a baby in about 4 weeks, when the second floor of our house had an overheating issue caused by the forced hot water baseboards. We bought this house 18 months ago, and haven't had our boiler serviced since then. We called around to the last company that serviced our house for the old owners, and we were told that since we don't have an account, we would have to purchase >$200 of oil from them before they would even consider coming to provide service. And not only that -- the oil would take two weeks to arrive. Instead, I called Dutile & Sons, and explained the situation. They said they'd come right by to help us out (and I gave them my word I'd buy oil from them the next time I was due). Sure enough, barely three hours later and their crew was at my house. I was all set with a full service of my boiler the next day, with the issue resolved. Can't wait to order oil from these guys the next chance I get. 10/10 service, great company experience
