The same 2023 review says the company tried to get the writer arrested over 400 dollars it had made a mistake on twice, and that Debbie, who works at Dyer Energy, was extremely rude every time they spoke.
Terrible company ! Left kids and I with no oil in winter few years back . Didn't use the fuel assistance which they should have, and delivered after a few days with no oil in the winter months 100 gallons was delivered and stuck me with a bill I can't afford as I am on a set income being disable. They tried to get me arrested over 400 dollars they made a mistake on twice. Even after the judge told her I don't have to pay due to limited income. DYER energy use IT AS A TAX WRITE OFF(IM SURE YOU GUYS DID ALREADY!) Went to AAROW FUEL after and stayed with them for over 6 years until I moved and don't heat with oil anymore. Completely easy never went without oil with ARROW FUEL and if a min OF 100 GAL was to be delivered without fuel assistance I WAS AWARE and had no problem with budgeting the necessities into my set limited income. Debbie whom works at dyer energy is just completely miserable and is extreamly rude every time we speak.( even recorded our conversation to prove it) once i informed her its being recorded she got extreamly upset telling me that illegal and quickly ended conversation. I'm flabbergasted by this company.
