E.C. House Cleaning

E.C. House Cleaning is a Spencer cleaning company founded by Eliana Coca, who came to the U.S. from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and says she has run it as a family business for more than two decades. It offers residential and commercial cleaning — standard, deep, move-in/move-out, and post-construction — and states it serves the greater Boston area. In 2024, Spencer's Board of Selectmen approved a $3,000 grant to help the business recover from pandemic impacts, one of a dozen local companies helped that year. Homeowners looking for an immigrant- and family-run cleaner covering the Spencer and Boston area, from routine tidying to post-construction cleanup, can reach out directly to confirm current rates and availability.
