A 2022 customer said the company refinished the downstairs floors, including an engineered hardwood, and installed new hardwood floors upstairs, on time and on budget. A 2020 customer wrote that they had four quotes, hired the company on the spot and found the price much lower. In that 2020 review, the customer said Eddie was able to match the new wood to the old. A 2021 customer said Eddie came out the day of the home inspection and was able to start work the day after the closing on the house. A 2021 customer had one bedroom floor sanded and sealed, and wrote that the work started on a Thursday morning and was finished Friday morning. A 2021 customer wrote that Eddie followed up promptly with a return phone call and then another call, and that the area was left spotless and dust free. A 2023 customer said they were on time and quick, but that the new patched floor did not blend well yet with the old sanded and resealed floor, and felt they could have gotten better advice on staining.
