From start to finish, Shane was fantastic to work with on the new carpeting in all of our bedrooms. He came directly to our home with carpet samples, offered helpful recommendations, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He quickly secured our carpet and scheduled the installation, and he was always punctual, efficient, and professional. Shane is extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and fairly priced. We were very impressed with the quality of his work and communication, and we would gladly work with him again for any future carpet or LVP installation. Highly recommend!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Shane from Carpet Crafters, and we couldn’t be happier with the results! He installed a beautiful runner on our stairs and replaced the carpet in our family room — and both turned out absolutely amazing. Shane was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions, offered helpful advice, and made sure everything was done to the highest standard. The craftsmanship and attention to detail really show in the final result. We truly love our new rug and couldn’t recommend Carpet Crafters more highly. If you're looking for quality work and great service, Shane is the one to call!

I had a few small projects after the hot water tank leaked. Shane did them all really well. He was organized, punctual, detail oriented and professional. He even cleaned and vacuumed when the work was done. Can’t say enough good things about him!

I would highly recommend Carpet Crafters to anyone who needs new carpet or flooring. Shane is a very hard worker and a skillfully knowledged Contractor. He explains everything throughly before and after installation and answers all your questions. He cares about his work and it shows.
