I received A Groupon from this cleaning service for Mother’s Day from my husband. It took me several emails, several voicemails, and several text messages over the course of two weeks to get somebody to even acknowledge my messages. After that it took me until yesterday, July 6, to schedule an appointment for today. While trying to schedule that appointment she kept asking me for the barcode from the Groupon which I explained to her you do not get until the end of the service because why would I pay you for a service that hasn’t been rendered? She then said fine, You can give it to me before she start’s, which I also thought was odd but kind of let it go. I was told she would be here around 2 o’clock or so. I arranged to leave work early and to pick my small kids up a little bit later so they wouldn’t be here while they cleaned. At 2:45 they still weren’t here. I sent two text messages And called to which it took her another 30 minutes to tell me they are on their way. To which she then again asked for the barcode before the service was rendered. At this point, I just cancelled. The whole situation just made me uncomfortable, and it is clearly a poorly run business.
