The patio looks wonderful!
Ever since EAQ landscaping took over my lawn maintenance I have consistently received professional and detailed service along with a friendly and reliable staff. If any questions or concerns come up they take full responsibility and make sure everything is handled right.
I absolutely love the attention to detail EAQ Landscaping gives to the lawn after 2 weeks of not showing up. Perhaps it is why they keep changing their name every year...
No respect for service members’ property. This company was contracted to provide landscaping services at Beacon Point Homes in Groton, CT. In my experience, the quality of both the landscaping work and customer service has been unacceptable. Grass has been cut unevenly, weeds have been left behind, flowers have been damaged, and my personal property was damaged during landscaping operations. After reviewing other customers’ experiences and discussing similar concerns within our community, I learned that I am not the only resident who has reported problems with the quality of the work. My own experience became particularly frustrating after damage was discovered on my vehicle. When I contacted the company, I was given an explanation that I believe was inconsistent with the circumstances and the damage I documented. I have photographs of the damage and have preserved my communications regarding the incident. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend EA Quinn. The workmanship, accountability, and handling of my complaint fell well below what I would expect from a contractor working in a military housing community. Finally, Please consider all options before contracting!
