Legacy Landscape Company's recent customers describe very different outdoor jobs. In April 2010, one homeowner said the crew damaged a lawn, failed to call about appointments and left a promised one-day project unfinished nearly a month later. In September 2011, a customer praised a fence that had stood for years but said the team missed the scheduled workday and arrived on another day.
