Early Construction Inc.

From design to finish, Early Construction made building the addition on our house a great experience. The collaboration and communication were excellent - we were always informed about options, next steps, and process. John and Peter were always available to answer questions and explain any and every detail we asked about. Workers were on time, friendly, professional and always neat and clean. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just right. We are so happy with the result! Working with Early Construction made all the difference and we have already been recommending them to friends and neighbors looking for a contractor. Chuck and I would hire them again in a second!

Our home was severely damaged by a fire. It started in a bedroom. Smoke, heat and fire destroyed everything in the interior. Early construction was recommended by our public insurance adjuster to give an estimate for the repairs. The company was very prompt to submit a proposal for the repairs. Giving an estimate of 6 months to complete construction. We waited for the insurance company to get their appraisals which took 4 months. Once we got through the process we chose Early construction to rebuild our house. We signed a contract with them and the very next day the demolition began. The contract stated 6 months but our house was like brand new and ready to move into in 4 months. John and Peter were very patient and receptive to our ideas and some changes that we wanted to make along the way. We are very satisfied with the process and the results of the construction. We would recommend Early Construction to anyone that will need a contractor to rebuild or repair your house.

Early Construction was the best thing to happen to us following our house fire Christmas Eve Day 2023. They are now more like family than vendors. Owner John, foreperson Peter, and administrator Liam made an overwhelming experience not only tolerable but completely transparent. They only hire the absolute best subcontractors and they show up each and every day. The worksite was kept clean during the entire process. Early construction does quality work in an amazing timeline despite the fact that our insurance company (Travelers) fought us at every turn… I cannot recommend Early construction more highly. They are incredibly gifted at what they do and they do it with honesty and forthrightness. We are forever grateful to Early Construction for giving us back our home. The Doherty’s

Early Construction was the absolute best...Quality work, honest and reasonably priced, and THEY CAME EVERY DAY... I know that may seem like a minor detail, but we have had contractors who disappeared for weeks at a time - NOT Early. They were prompt, courteous, listened to what we wanted, and neat/cleaned up. Cannot recommend them highly enough. We had a house fire, and our entire home was gutted. They did all of the demo, and reconstruction work, and built an addition we wanted - excellent from start to finish.

We had a fantastic experience with Early Construction! From day one, their communication was top-notch. Peter and John were on top of every detail and made sure we were informed and comfortable throughout the entire process. They were always available to answer questions, provide updates, and explain next steps. The quality of their work and their professionalism exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Early Construction and have referred them to our friends and family who have undergone home renovations and additions.
