My replacement outdoor screen replacement project completed by A Perfect Cut was exceptional. Work done was impeccable and was completed in the time frame promised. Price was also reasonable and I found them to be very dependable. I definitely would use A Perfect Cut for future projects and recommend them to others.
Since day 1, Bob has been super consistent with the timeline, his prices and the extent of his experience, and it shows in his work. Prior to working with him, I dealt with another contractor who panicked and bailed as soon as he came on site, and saw the mailbox that needed to be replaced because it was "too much work"; and he certainly wanted to be compensated more than the price that was originally agreed upon. With Bob and his daughter Ari, it was the total opposite, they are friendly, great people to work with and they showed up to the appointment with great enthusiasm and the same level of consistency they’ve demonstrated virtually and over the phone. After the project was done, Bob and Ari cleaned up the spot, communicated with me via text and call, and sent me pictures of the completed project. I showed those pics to my coworkers, and they were thoroughly impressed with the job quality. Definitely white glove service worthy. Thanks Bob and Ari for the excellent job and customer service!
