Gregg promptly returns his calls usually within 24 hrs or sooner. Gregg does a "soft wash." An untrained person with a pressure washer could blow the siding right off sections of your house if they don't know how much pressure to apply. After he cleans the surface, he applies a coating to the surface that helps slow the progression of mold & mildew trying to grow back onto the surface for a while. Time will vary from surface, time, etc. Gregg will also do "spot" jobs. For instance, one side of your home is perpetually covered in mildrew. He tells me to call before it greats too bad.
