Hiring East Bay to do our wood floors was the best thing we ever did. Even though our floor is old( character!) and damaged in some areas Freddy did a remarkable job. He repaired the damaged areas and worked quickly and thoroughly. We are beyond thrilled and highly recommend Fred and his team.

I can’t speak highly enough about our experience working with Fred and his team. Having people come into your home is super stressful and Fred was incredibly sensitive to this fact. I never once doubted that we were in great hands. As for the actual work, this is the most beautiful our floors have ever looked. The difference in his craftsmanship is palpable! These floors are not highly glossed, shiny, sticky. Whatever products and skills he used create a result that is more like conditioning the wood and letting the natural beauty shine. It is next level! He also cut us a mean deal! We will definitely be using him and his team for any future needs.
When my wife and I bought our home, we used the lowest bidder to do our floors. The lack of quality was apparent. This got worse when a fridge delivery caused deep grooves in the original heart pine kitchen flooring. During a consult with Fred, his knowledge of flooring became clear very quickly, but not in a performative way. Fred and Dave did an amazing job refinishing our floors and I would highly recommend East Bay Quality Hardwood to anyone that wants the job done right the first time. These guys are worth every penny!
