In a September 2023 one-star review, a customer wrote that they had been trying for over 10 months to get the company to measure and install a window, and that staff spoke over them and made excuses for not calling or scheduling. A November 2021 reviewer called the business very unprofessional and its pricing extremely high. Google shows 3.5 stars from 20 ratings.
