The owner, Tony, came out to Old Lyme to give us an estimate for a roof repair. He arrived on a Saturday afternoon and was thorough in his inspection of the roof damage. His team came out a few days later to repair the leak- even taking pictures of the issue while explaining everything they would be doing. Very nice to talk to and showed the old vent boots were deteriorating because they were plastic. replacement boot were metal also checked the roof shingles and chimney. Great work.

After submitting the insurance claim, we hit a massive roadblock—the house is under a reverse mortgage, which dragged out and delayed the entire replacement process by six months. Throughout that incredibly frustrating delay, Anthony and Home Pros were extraordinarily patient, understanding, and accommodating.
